Cynergence Signature Program (CSP) Policy​

Effective Date: May 1st, 2025

1. Program Overview
The Cynergence Signature Program (CSP) is a selective initiative offering licensed North Carolina real estate agents the opportunity to enhance their brand, deepen client value, and align with one of Charlotte’s premier luxury home design and remodeling firms. Participation is free of charge and includes access to exclusive client benefits and marketing tools.

2. Definition

  • Member: A real estate agent accepted into the CSP.

  • Client: A homeowner introduced to Cynergence by a CSP Member.

  • Promotional Code: A unique code issued to Members to offer client rebates.

  • Rebate: A percentage reduction applied to eligible Cynergence services.

  • Program: Refers to the Cynergence Signature Program (CSP).

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate, applicants must:

  • Hold an active and valid North Carolina real estate license.

  • Be in good standing with the NC Real Estate Commission.

  • Not be under investigation, suspended, or involved in conduct that may negatively affect Cynergence.

  • Submit a truthful and complete application.

  • Applications are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours on a best-effort basis.​

4. Program Compliance

Members must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including disclosure obligations for any benefits received. The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Section 8, is not applicable (Building / Remodeling Contractors, Landscapers, or Design Companies are not considered Settlement Services).

5. Code of Conduct

Members must always demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and courtesy. Misrepresentation, unethical behavior, or actions compromising Cynergence’s reputation will result in removal from the program.

6. Term, Renewal, and Termination

  • The term of participation is 12 months from approval.

  • Renewal is automatic if performance criteria are met.

  • Cynergence may suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, in the event of misconduct, non-compliance, or breach of policy.

  • Any false declaration during application or participation will result in immediate cancellation and a 36-month ban from reapplication.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Cynergence will use its best efforts to safeguard personal information and communication confidentiality. Data will not be shared without consent, except as required by law. Please read our Privacy Policy.

8. Communication 

Members consent to receive marketing materials, updates, and relevant communications from Cynergence when they join the program. Members may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

9. No agency or Employment

Participation in the CSP does not establish an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture relationship between the Member and Cynergence.

10. Limitation of liability

Cynergence is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the program, promotional code use, or client decisions.

11. Changes to the program

Cynergence reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the program or this policy at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of North Carolina govern this policy. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC, shall have jurisdiction.
